Field and Lawn Company Update
Wednesday 18 March, 2020
On behalf of the entire team at Field and Lawn Ltd, I would like to update you on our progress in light of our new circumstances caused by the outbreak of COVID-19.
We are a company with good reserves, a strong balance sheet and robust plans in place to ensure our survival as a business; we will continue to serve our customers where needed and are obviously very keen to keep the team you deal with employed and will do our very best to do that over the next 6 months. Although our event business has reduced dramatically we are still available to take your enquiries and quote for future work of any type. We are helping Government and local authorities with structures and other services for all types of emergency use in the meantime. Our structures are temporary buildings and are able to be used for a host of services, kitted out in any way you can imagine, heated, chilled, lit or blacked out.
We are already looking ahead to Christmas and are quoting for many lighting installations across the country. We would be delighted to help with any of your ideas and plans for future event hire, industrial structures or city dressing or Christmas lighting, please call, we would love to hear from you, follow us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and keep us up to date on your plans too.
We have always taken cleanliness of our depots seriously and aligned with guidance from health authorities we are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect our locations, premises, warehouses and vehicles. Employee wellbeing is also of paramount importance to us and all team members will be following the governments latest advice in doing all we can to prevent the spread of this disease. Should you require our attendance on site, our risk assessments have been updated to maximise social distancing from your own team.
Thank you for your valued past business, we look forward to working with you again very soon. Feel free to call me or any members of our great team.
Very best wishes,
Cameron Stewart, Chief Executive
